Where a contract calls for independent pre shipment inspection, we work with the agencies importers already trust. Quality, weight and quantity are verified against the contract before loading, and the certificate travels with the documents.
We are also a member of the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan, the body that licenses Rice exporters in Pakistan.

An ISO 22000 or HACCP audit does not test Rice. It tests whether the system that produced the Rice can be relied on: whether hazards at receiving, drying, storage, milling, sorting and packing have been identified, whether the controls on them are monitored, and whether the records prove it happened rather than assert it.
That is why we keep a lot number against every result from intake to dispatch. When an auditor asks how a batch from two seasons ago was handled, the answer is a record, not a recollection. The same record is what makes a recall procedure workable and what a residue claim rests on.
Certificates are reissued on their own cycle and copies travel with quotations on request, with scope and validity dates printed on each one.
Scanned copies are sent on loading. Originals are couriered to the consignee or surrendered to the shipping line once final payment clears.
