This 250T/D rice mill unit is a large-scale rice milling facility capable of producing 250 tons of white rice per day, transforming raw rice into finished rice. The comprehensive rice processing machinery employs current technology, encompassing rice cleaning, stone removal, multi-stage rice shelling and milling, rice polishing, rice grading, rice color sorting, and rice bagging and distribution. This system's versatility allows for the production of various rice grades in accordance with specific buyer requirements.
250T/D complete rice mill plant working process. The unit transforms raw rice into international standard rice in a single streamlined process.
Each machine on this unit, in the order a lot passes through it.
Raw rice is fed into the system. A feed hopper meters the rice onto the line at an even rate, so every machine that follows works at a steady load.
This machinery effectively eliminates impurities such as dust, sizable and minute foreign objects, and stones from the rice. Vibrating screens sort the material by size while an air stream lifts the dust away.
This separator efficiently separates the paddy rice from the milled rice. Any paddy that slipped through is returned for another pass, so it does not end up in the finished rice.
The rice mill further processes the husked rice to remove the bran layer. How much bran is taken off sets the degree of whiteness of the finished grain.
The rice polisher enhances the appearance and texture of the rice by removing any remaining bran particles. On this unit several water polishers work in series for an even, glossy finish.
This machine efficiently combines head rice with a specified quantity of broken rice, meeting the precise requirements set by our valued customers.
The rice grader categorizes the rice based on size and shape, ensuring uniformity. Uniform grain cooks evenly and looks better in the bag.
This machine identifies and removes discolored or damaged rice grains, resulting in a high-quality final product. Each rejected grain is blown out of the falling stream by a short jet of air.
Weighs and bags milled rice, preparing it for transport to customers. Each bag is weighed and closed on the line before it is stacked for dispatch.
Processes both long-grain and short-grain rice, producing white and parboiled rice.
Multiple water polishers, color sorters, and rice graders ensure high-quality, visually appealing rice.
Highly automated, enabling continuous operation from raw rice feeding to finished rice packaging.
